Warranty / Return Policy
1. What is the warranty on your flash drives? We offer a 3 year warranty on all our flash drives. Our 3 year warranty specifically covers the functional operation of the drive and does not cover such things as normal wear and tear of everyday use, amd the fading of printed logos.
2. Who pays for shipping units returned under warranty?You or your client is responsible for shipping the defective unit(s) back to USB Promotions and we will cover the shipping costs of returning the repaired units by Purolator, ground service.
3. If my client does not like the model can they return their order?No. Orders cannot be returned solely because they did not like the model they have chosen. To avoid this situation, always offer your client the option of receiveing a sample of the drive before placing their order.
4. Under what conditions can an order be returned?Order can be returned only under the following conditions;
1.) Drives are defective
2.) Incorrect model was delivered
3.) Wrong Model Color or Memory Size
4.) Wrong logo was printed
5. Do we need an RMA # when returning units under warranty?Yes, you will receieve from USB Promotions a RMA number that must be specified on the outside of your returned parcel.
6. How long will it take for the units to be repaired?Three weeks or less when replacing defective units with the same model but without your branded logo. If you wish to receive the exact same unit returned with your logo, then the leadtime will be 8 to 12 weeks.
