Sample Policy / Pre-Production Samples
1. What is your policy on samples? Our policy on samples is straight forward; for all our clients in good standing we offer s non-memory sample of any model for FREE. We only ask that you provide either a Purolator or UPS account. We do not ship and bill samples on our account.
Note: FREE Samples are of the model's casing only, NAND flash memory has not been installed.
2. What is a pre-production sample?A pre-production sample is the equivalent to the client placing their order but for a quantity of only 1 unit. The goal of a pre-production sample is to provide a working sample displaying the result the client can expect to receive. The cost for a pre-production of any model is $95.00.
3. Can we order samples with memory?Yes. Samples with memory will be charged at $45.00 net/pc.
